Christian Medical and Dental Society of Canada (CMDS Canada)
CMDS Canada has developed the materials to raise awareness of the issues related to physician-assisted suicide and euthanasia among parishioners, and to encourage opposition to the possible legalization of physician-assisted suicide and euthanasia.   The website contains a video, a PowerPoint presentation, a handout for parishioners, and sample letters to the Attorney General of Canada. CMDS Canada is an ecumenical association of 1500 Christian doctors and dentists throughout Canada; its current Executive Director is the Rev. Mr. Larry Worthen, a permanent deacon of the Archdiocese of Halifax-Yarmouth. The materials are intended to be suitable for use in both Catholic and Evangelical church communities. The project is supported by the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada for use in its member churches.
